hand 1: I like.
hand 2: good fold I think you played a good line and bet enough on the turn to get him to minraise which defined his hand and you folded at the right time.
hand 3: i like your float, i'm surprised he didn't pitch his hand, most often you will pick it up but i like you checking it down after your turn bet.
Hand 1: Nice river call - I think I make that call too!!! I'd normally fold to that 3-bet pre-flop, but I guess against this guy it's profitable to see a flop.
Hand 2: I think you played this well. You could argue for checking the turn for pot control but there are a lot of nasty looking turn cards. When in position, I mostly prefer betting the turn and checking behind on the river for pot control rather than checking the turn and calling. Good fold to his min bet - it's so tempting to call these.
Hand 3: I sometimes check the turn here as well, but I think betting is probably better because you're probably ahead but don't know which overcards to your pair will hurt you. I think you played this well again.
Hand 1: I usually fold KQo to the raise
Hand 2: I'd normally bet $10 there, but I think $8 is the optimal bet size.
Hand 3: I normally just raise the flop, but I don't know. No turn card can really help you, unless you hit your 2 outs, but if he has overs he can hit 6 cards that may potentially get him to continue. You can't really use any scare cards, as they're likely to help him. I just raise it up to $9 and he'll give up when he missed.
Hand 1: I would probably fold to the raise pre.
Hand 2: I think you played this well. You could argue for checking the turn, but i think betting is fine.
Hand 3: I probably raise on the flop but i think floating is fine to. Because if he checks you can usually pick the pot up on the turn with a bet.
Hand 1: I would fold most of the time with it being offsuit, actually. Too much chance you're dominated, IMO, unless you've seen him 3-betting a lot. But seeing how he played postflop (and you may have the history there), I'm calling a lot more hands than normal :).
Hand 2: I like your line without a read. If I've seen villain make river bluffs, I would think about checking behind the turn and calling a modest river bet. But unknown, I like your turn bet, as you will be charging him for his draw if he hasn't gotten there.
Hand 3: I mix up this line with raising the flop, but tend to raise the flop. From villain's perspective with big cards, I will c-bet as a semibluff, and hate getting raised, so when I have position, I will raise a low board like that a lot. But one of the things I'm working on is toning down aggression, and I may try floating with my pockets more often.
